Returns for Preference (Size/Color)

 
We offer a 30‑day return & exchange period from delivery for any dissatisfaction with fit, color, or style.
 
  • Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • After inspection, exchanges will be processed.
  • Re-delivery fees for exchanged items are the customer’s responsibility.

If your item presents genuine manufacturing faults (not caused by improper use), we will accept returns within 30 days.
 
  • Our quality team holds final evaluation.
  • Return shipping paid by customer.
  • Replacement items will be shipped at our cost.
